STAFF & FACULTY HOLIDAY SALE POLICIES


• The 30% discount for the Staff & Faculty Holiday Sale will run from December 7 (midnight) – December 23 (noon), 2020
• The discount is valid both in-store and online on most items. Exclusions apply.
• To redeem the 30% discount online, enter the promo code "Holiday" when checking out. The code is case sensitive.
• Product availability is subject to change. If the product/size you ordered is no longer available, a UVU Campus Store employee will contact you to update your order.
• Free shipping is eligible within the Continental U.S.
• Returns can be made in-store or shipped back to the store. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

 

How do I use my GreenBucks at bookstore.uvu.edu?
1. When you are ready to make your online purchase, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner
2. Click "Payment Options"
3. Click "Login with Your UVID" and log in with DUO
4. Double check both your shipping and billing addresses then click "Continue"
5. Choose the shipping option "Continental U.S." to qualify for free shipping during the sale
6. Click "Continue"
7. Enter the promo code "Holiday" to receive 30% off your discountable items. The code is case sensitive.
8. Under "Choose Payment Option" select "GreenBucks"
9. Enter your account number. This is the 16 digit code on the back of your physical UVID card.
10. You will be required to enter a credit card number in case you spend more than your available GreenBucks balance
11. Click "Submit Payment"

How do I check my GreenBucks balance?
1. Go to uvu.edu/campusconnection/cards/greenbucks_info.html
2. Click on "Make an Online Deposit"
3. Log in using your UVU credentials and check your balance

How do I opt-out of receiving GreenBucks?
1. If you know what your balance is, skip to step #4. If not, go to uvu.edu/campusconnection/cards/greenbucks_info.html
2. Click on "Make an Online Deposit "
3. Log in using your UVU credentials and check your balance
4. Once you know your balance, go to uvu.edu/campusconnection/cards/greenbucks_info.html 
5. Click on "Forms" or "Withdrawals"
6. Scroll down to "Meal Plans" and select "GreenBucks Withdrawals"
7. Enter your information
8. Click "Submit"
9. Verify that your name and UVID number are correct, then complete the form
• Your permanent address must match your myUVU profile
• Please be sure to put your entire address
• Select "Student" or "Faculty/Staff"
• Put in the withdrawal amount
• Select "Check"
• Sign (upload, draw, or approve)
10. Click "Finish"
If you have already set up refunds to be direct deposited with Accounts Payable, then you will receive your withdrawal within 2-4 weeks. If you have not, then a check will be sent and can take up to six weeks to arrive.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
The UVU Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, UVU Greenbucks and the UVU Store Loyalty Card.
We do not accept checks, cash, credit card vouchers, or PayPal.
All cards that do not participate in the verification process will not be accepted.


ONLINE ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order within 5 minutes of completing your order.

 

 

 

SHIPPING
Orders shipped within the Continental U.S. are shipped by Federal Express Ground and are charged a flat rate of $4.99.
Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped by USPS and are charged a flat rate of $11.50.
Orders shipped to Canada and Mexico are shipped by USPS and are charged a flat rate of $23.00.
Orders shipped overseas are shipped by USPS and are charged a flat rate of $43.50.
All APO and FPO addresses are shipped by USPS and are charged a flat rate of $11.50.
For APO and FPO orders please provide a valid telephone number. You will be called to verify your order before it is processed.
Please allow 2 business days for processing your orders and 7 to 10 days for your order to be shipped.
Orders will not be processed during UVU holidays (see UV Link for specific dates).
A signature will be required upon receipt of shipped orders.

RETURN POLICIES
RECEIPTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS.

APPAREL / GIFT / BACKPACK
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. Only items that are unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached, can be exchanged or returned with original sales receipt.

GENERAL READING BOOKS
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase with original sales receipt.

REFERENCE BOOKS, BAR CHARTS, BARGAIN BOOKS
No returns.

DOVER BOOKS
No returns.

ELECTRONICS
• A cash register receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
• Original packaging required for all returns. Any item that has been opened will have up to a 15% restocking fee depending on packing condition.
• We not accept any returns for opened in-ear earbud headphones.
• We do not accept returns on opened calculators.
• Exchanges only on defective product.
• Items sold at a clearance price (red price) tag are not returnable.
• Refunds of electronic items sold two (2) weeks prior to the refund date need to be approved by Educational Supplies Department personnel.

COMPUTERS, TABLETS, APPLE WATCHES
• A cash register receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
• Unopened merchandise with factory packaging may be returned for full-credit within 14 days of sale date.
• Configure-to-Order (Custom Computers) are not eligible for returns.
• Opened merchandise will have a 15% restocking fee.
• All returns or exchanges must have all original packaging, be without any cosmetic damage, be able to power on at time of return, must be able to perform a factory reset. Any merchandise that cannot meet these conditions will be refused.
• Any product that has been discontinued by manufacturer is not returnable.
• Wolverine Tech and the UVU Bookstore reserves the right to refuse any return any merchandise that is not in resalable condition

SCHOOL / ART SUPPLIES
Returns must be made within 7 days after purchase with original sales receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition.
